Marisa Lifquist is currently a student at California State University, Northridge, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance. Within the piano department, she has been a student leader as president of the CSUN Piano Club from fall 2021 to spring 2023. She also has been the recipient of multiple CSUN music department scholarships including the Colburn Classical Music Scholarship, Samuel John Swartz Memorial Scholarship, and most recently the Joan Thompson Scholarship. Additionally, she received the award of outstanding piano department student in the spring of 2022. Marisa has had the pleasure studying and performing at summer festivals such as Adamant Music School in 2019 and 2022, and the Amalfi Coast Music Festival in July 2023.
